Sync your data
Once the integration is installed and configured, it will synchronize all desired items from the ITSM into BlueDolphin, in the place you designated.
Changes in the ITSM are propagated in real-time to BlueDolphin.
Integration is uni-directional, only data from ITSM is synced to BlueDolphin.
